Unions scrap plan for Easter weekend fuel strike

It has recently been announce that the transport union UNITE has called off its proposed strike over the Easter bank-holiday weekend. The result of government action in trying to limit the potential disruption and alleviated transport chaos in the coming weeks through informing the public to save fuel and fill their fuel tanks when possible. The result of a series of haphazard government announcements, created widespread anxiety throughout British society as the public began to fear whether they would be trapped without fuel during a crucial holiday travel period. The impact of the government announcements result in creating widespread panic and hysteria, rather than calming and reassuring the public that all was being done in order to successful reach a resolution with the Unions and to ensure appropriate measures were in place in order to minimize disruption.
